On Nov. 7, 2012, Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to construct, operate and maintain the Illinois Rivers Transmission Line. The ICC has assigned this Case Number: 12-0598.
